Duties of Editors
Publication Decisions
The editors are responsible for deciding which submitted manuscripts should be published. Editors are guided by the journal’s editorial policies and are bound by applicable legal requirements regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Editors may consult with other editors or reviewers when making publication decisions.
Fair Play
Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on the basis of their academic merit, intellectual content, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without regard to the authors’ race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, nationality, or political views.
Confidentiality

Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original and appropriately cite or quote the work and ideas of others. Plagiarism in any form is unethical and unacceptable.
Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
Authors should not submit the same manuscript concurrently to more than one journal or publish redundant publications describing essentially the same research.
Authorship of the Paper
